		<description><![CDATA[Bah. My first training run after signing up, and I find I have a twinge in my right knee. I was able to run about 2km, then had to walk the rest of the way back (about 1.7km). My time goal may have been a bit over-ambitious. I&#039;ll take it easy, and work back up to 10km without unduly aggravating my injury.

I will still do the full distance - at the worst, walking doesn&#039;t bother the knee. I may just be a little slower than I had hoped.]]></description>
